• "Tenant" refers to the person searching for properties and contacting property owners.

2. Nature of Services

Nomad World Official acts solely as an intermediary platform to connect property owners with potential tenants. We do not own, manage, or operate any listed properties, nor do we participate in any financial transactions, negotiations, or deposit collections between users. Our role is limited to providing a platform where property owners can list furnished properties, and tenants can browse and contact property owners.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

• By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

• All users, including property owners and tenants, are required to submit valid identification documents for ID verification before being granted access to the platform's core functionalities. Property owners must undergo ID verification before listing a property, and tenants must be verified before they can contact property owners.

4. User Accounts

• To list a property or send messages, you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Listings and Content

• Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings.

• We do not verify the content of listings or guarantee their accuracy.

• Listings must comply with applicable laws and not contain any offensive, misleading, or illegal content.

• By uploading any images or videos to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes on external platforms, including but not limited to social media and digital advertising channels.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Property owners must purchase a subscription plan to have an active listing on the platform.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the listing is removed by the property owner or by us due to a violation of these Terms.

• All payments must be made through the payment methods specified on the platform.

• Users are solely responsible for managing their subscription plans, including purchasing, pausing, or cancelling their subscriptions through their account dashboard. We are not responsible for any failure by users to manage their subscriptions or for any charges incurred as a result.

• We reserve the right to change pricing plans at any time, with notice provided to users.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

• Misrepresent your identity or the properties listed.

• Attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the platform.

• Use the platform to negotiate or conduct payment transactions.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We require every host and tenant to submit valid identification documents for ID verification before they can use the platform. Additionally, property owners must provide proof of address documents (such as utility bills or other official documents) to verify the address of their listed properties.

Despite these verification measures, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any listed properties. We strongly recommend that users personally verify the accuracy and veracity of any listing before making payments or financial commitments. Any interactions between property owners and tenants are solely their responsibility.

We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between property owners and tenants. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Intellectual Property
